Each week we gather in a our safe supportive space to explore a different feeling or emotion. Through a blend of activities, open discussion and talking therapies. We share, reflect and connect with ourselves and each other.

Every sessions is unique, some weeks may include;

Gentle rituals

Chanting

Reiki healing

Sound therapy.

These sessions are designed to help you deepen self awareness, release what no longer serves you, feel grounded, calm and connected and embrace your emotions with compassion.
